Salon & Spa Etiquette

Scheduling
To ensure that you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving SKYY.

When To Arrive
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation.  For first-time SKYY Salon & Spa appointments, we ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for orientation to our facility.

Cell Phones
We want SKYY to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. For courtesy of our guests in both the salon and spa, we ask that you turn off your cell phones and pagers. 

Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in the price of services unless specified. A 20% gratuity will be added to salon & spa events, or for parties of 5 guests or more.  Gratuity may not be added to SKYY Gift Cards or Spa Finder Gift Certificates

Deposits
In order to make resevations for any Spa or Bridal party at SKYY, a non-refundable deposit is required.  The deposit must be received prior to scheduling any Spa or Bridal party appointments and will be determined by the number of guests and services requested.   

Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If less than a 24 hour notice is received, a 50% cancellation fee may be applied. Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks (accompanied by a driver's license), SKYY Gift Cards and Spa Finder Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks for first time clients.

Product Returns or Exchanges
All product returns must be within 14 days from date of purchase.  A store credit/exchange will be issued for opened products and a full refund will be issued for unopened products. Due to the hygenic nature of our products, makeup and makeup brushes may not be returned. All sales are final on prepaid items such as gift cards and series purchases. Cash back will not be given on any gift card balances.

Children
At SKYY, we work with chemicals, hot tools and scissors. Therefore, we ask that children under 12 years refrain from being in the salon and spa areas, unless receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult at all times.
